Walk-Jog-Run

The elevated track has 2 designated walking lanes and 1 running/jogging lane and offers a safe, comfortable environment to exercise. Memberships available.

Track Hours; September 1 to April 30
7am until 11pm
Monday to Friday

8am until 10pm
Saturday and Sunday

Track Hours; May 1 to August 30
Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm
Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm

Track distance measures approximately 210 meters (5 laps= approximately 1km and 7 laps= approximately 1 mile)

Rates are per person and include HST

Memberships can be purchased in the office of the Operations Manager (Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm) and for your convenience, can be renewed by telephone 519-421-0030.

To ensure everyone’s safety the following must be observed:

  • A change of shoes is REQUIRED by everyone, everytime and must be changed before accessing the track. Wet shoes and boots are not permitted. *this policy is strictly enforced
  • Walkers/canes/walking sticks are permitted however must be clean and dry before accessing the track
  • Refrain from wearing scented products
  • Children are not permitted

The office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
